Je deteste les examens.

Tuesday 27 April 2010

Day 09 - A song that you can dance to.

Tinie Tempah - Pass out.

Another Meh day tbh.

It feels as if the exams will never come round and I'll be stuck in school forever with no chance of a summer. :/

Got a book from the library though, (:

Monday 26 April 2010

Day 08 - A song that you know all the words to.

Oops! I did it again - Britney Spears.
I could seriously put so many songs here.

I went to the gym today after a really long day at school.
I. am. tired.

I got 49/50 in my PSHE coursework, which is 60% of my citizenship GCSE. it's really too easy.

Ooooh, Max's mum bought me a sleeveless denim jacket today. aaah!
They should stop spoiling me though. xD

Sunday 25 April 2010

Day 07 - A song that reminds you of a certain event

Ashes to Ashes - David Bowie.

Reminds me of the french trip '09.
Which was horrible, I don't really want to remember it tbh.

Got in at about half 1 this morning after babysitting the Vanderhooks with Max.
I had some dodgy taxi driver who told me he drove Mrs Timmins in his car twice! hahah! "quite fat" he said of her. Wow, you're pleasant.

Anyway, I had to get up at half 9 to do my pile of work because it's Sunday but I'm doing stuff like for the rest of the day.
Going to a restaurant with Grandma, Granddad and Mum.
Max is coming round later and then we're going to James' birthday BBQ.
:)

Saturday 24 April 2010

Day 06 - A song that reminds of you of somewhere

Sugar I think it's called.
By Flo Rida Feat. Wynter.
Reminds me of Florida, ironically.

Just at the Vanderhook's house to babysit.
I'm staying here untill like 1 in the morning. lol.
Getting a taxi back. Meh. Oh well, at least I get to spend time with Max.

On their computer, so no pictures today I'm afraid.

Day 4 - A song that makes you sad.

Your song - Elton John.
Because it's pure beauty.
And it reminds me of Moulin Rouge, which, I might add, made me cry for literally about three hours.

I didn't get into the Girls Grammar, I was so upset at first, but I'm ok now.
They're all up themselves anyway.

I have a new name for gay people : tarquin. >.<
I have been calling James a tarquin all day. :)

Tonight on the box is:
Have I Got News For You, which I love love love.
Outnumbered, which I love love love. (I will steal Karen from this show)
And then the political debate number two.
I'm becoming quite interested in politics actually.
Lib Dems for the win.

Wednesday 21 April 2010

Day 3- A songwhich makes you happy.

Paolo Nutini - Pencil full of lead.

Gosh, today was tough.
I had a total break-down before.
The stress is intense!
All thirteen subjects to revise for,
Mum keeps shouting at me for no reason,
Worried i won't get into my first-choice sixth form which is Alty Girls.
And I hardly get to see Max during the exam period.

I smelt a BBQ before, it made me lust for summer so badly. :/

Hopefully tomorrow will be better, and I hope Friday rolls round quickly.

Tuesday 20 April 2010

Day 2 - Your least favourite song.

Erm, Again, I'm not too sure really.
I don't like Dizee Rascal at all.
But perhaps, something screamo. I hate such songs that i know not of any names. xD

I just went to the Trafford Centre and bought new Hollister shorts. They're awesome!

Monday 19 April 2010

I love this line.

"My lover's words were shooting stars which fell to earth as kisses."
It's from Anne Hathaway by Carol Anne Duffy and it reminds me of Max. :)

I went to a Shakespeare play on Saturday to see The comedy of errors.
I feel really intelligent and educated,
It was so so so funny!

This is the most famous line from it: "I to the world am like a drop of water, that in the ocean seek another drop."

I <3 Shakespeare. >.<
Sad thing is, I actually do.

Chanel is love.

Day 1- Your Favouite Song

To be honest,I really don't have one.
I'll say the one that's my favorite at the moment.

Prom.

I found the perfect dress for me for prom in All Saints on Monday.
It's black with flowery sequined detail and not at all 'prommy' which is what I wanted it to be - different.
It's £115 and I'm a size six in this particular dress!
Yay!
Here is a picture of it from the All Saints website.
Speaking exams in three weeks, written exams begin in six weeks, and counting.
Do hurry, summer.

Happy Birthday, Mr President.

Look at this shocker of a snap I found of the late JFK snuggling up to the late Marilyn Monroe!
Happy birthday, Mr President indeed.

D o c t o r W h o

I've been a tiny bit obsessed with Doctor Who for around about six years now ever since Mr Eccleston graced our screens.
I truly adore Matt Smith, the new doctor, he is so quirky, amusing and just like me really.

If anyone watched it last night, I'm sure you'll want a star whale. I sure do: how adorable. :D
I can't find a picture of one anywhere.
But I liked it when Amy compared it to the Doctor: very old and very kind.

Sonnet 130.

Like most sonnets, this little treasure contains language associated heavily with lovey dovey things: "lips", "snow", "roses", "perfumes". But if you look closely, you'll notice that good old Will is contrasting his "mistress" to these things, as what she is most certainly not.
Of course he ends with the two rhyming couplets which usually turn a poem around, and reveals that he really does love his mistress.
I thought I'd share it with you seeing as it's quite a cute little poem.

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;
Coral is far more red than her lips' red;
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.
I have seen roses damask'd, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks;
And in some perfumes is there more delight
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak, yet well I know
That music hath a far more pleasing sound;
I grant I never saw a goddess go;
My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground:
And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare
As any she belied with false compare.

And my gorgeous boyfriend and I.

These are my best friends.

My beautiful best friends.
From the top:
Emma Lamb,
Kay Haggan,
Peter Rice,
James Walton.

Mustache.

Not posted in a while.

Hello people,
I have no idea why I post on here seeing as no one looks at my blog.
But I'm going to post a picture of Holly and I anyway, because it's lovely. =)

Also, I do love this picture I found of a ballet dancer in an underwater room.
It's so beautiful and elegant.

PaperBack Writer, Peace Out.
Ps. Since I last posted, I have fallen in love with a rather handsome gentleman named Max. We have been together for two months, he is lovely and mine. x
